Senior Community Manager

Job Summary

Owning Modo's community engagement and reputation strategy, the full-time Senior Community Manager will manage interactions on platforms like Discord and Reddit, develop reputation systems across review sites, and provide insights to drive player involvement in tournaments and product launches, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and moderate Modo's community presence on Discord and Reddit, enhancing player engagement and participation
• Develop and implement a comprehensive reputation strategy across platforms like Trustpilot and app stores, focusing on long-term trust building
• Surface player sentiment and feedback to internal teams, acting as an early-warning system for community insights and product feedback

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in community and/or reputation management, preferably in consumer brands with passionate user bases
• Proven track record of building or scaling communities on Discord and Reddit
• Experience in designing reputation strategies across review platforms
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to various situations
• Ability to connect community engagement to tangible business outcomes
