Senior Community Manager

Job Summary

To build and enhance a vibrant Discord community for a social VR game, the contract Senior Community Manager will engage with players, create community programs, and relay feedback to the development team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a new Discord community for the social VR game
• Create and implement community programs to foster engagement and collaboration among members
• Surface critical bugs and player feedback to the development team on a weekly basis

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, preferably managing a community of 50-100K+ members
• Expertise in Discord and VR live streaming technology
• Experience using AI to develop Discord bots and analyze community data
• Strong passion for gaming, with a willingness to playtest in VR
• Collaborative mindset to effectively work with various stakeholders
