Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Community and Advocacy Manager to lead customer advocacy and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and scale customer advocacy programs by recruiting and activating advocates for various needs
  • Deliver high-quality customer stories and proof points for marketing and sales enablement
  • Lead executive-level customer engagement through advisory boards and recognition programs
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in customer advocacy and/or community marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strong experience in managing third-party review sites
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM and customer communication tools
  • Familiarity with customer marketing advocacy software is a plus
