Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Community and Advocacy Manager to lead customer advocacy and community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale customer advocacy programs by recruiting and activating advocates for various needs
- Deliver high-quality customer stories and proof points for marketing and sales enablement
- Lead executive-level customer engagement through advisory boards and recognition programs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in customer advocacy and/or community marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong experience in managing third-party review sites
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM and customer communication tools
- Familiarity with customer marketing advocacy software is a plus
