Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Community Program Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop quarterly roadmaps aligned with annual strategy and oversee community program execution
• Build scalable systems for community initiatives and act as a leadership presence within the community team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure community efforts are impactful and aligned

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in building and scaling community or operational programs in tech
• Strong operational skills with experience in managing multi-part programs
• Experience with hybrid formats including digital and in-person community activations
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities effectively
• Data-aware and outcome-oriented with a focus on defining and tracking success metrics
