Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Community Research Associate / Project Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate community-engaged research strategies
• Lead recruitment efforts for community engagement and support coalition activities
• Ensure accessibility of project communications and materials while advising on AAC-related initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's in a relevant field with 5 years of experience, or Bachelor's with 9 years of experience
• Competence in communication using a speech generating device
• Experience in authorship related to disability advocacy and AAC
• Leadership experience in disability committees and organizations
• Experience with national and international AAC meetings and initiatives
