Modify, implement, and communicate global compensation and salary administration programs
Conduct job evaluations, job leveling, and provide salary recommendations

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in analytical fields such as finance, accounting, business administration, or economics
Minimum five years of progressive compensation and/or HR partner experience
Experience managing highly complex projects
Advanced analytical skills
International compensation experience preferred
