Job Summary

Providing hands-on analytical support and strategic guidance, the full-time Senior Compensation Advisor will serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders, conducting complex compensation analysis and managing market benchmarking activities in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR Business Partners and managers on compensation matters during compensation cycles
  • Conduct complex compensation analysis and modeling, including market competitiveness and pay equity assessments
  • Manage market benchmarking activities and drive enhancements in HRIS and compensation systems
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation, finance, or a related analytical role
  • Proven ability to perform complex compensation analysis and modeling independently
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience in handling large datasets and building scalable models
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for creating executive-ready materials
  • HRIS experience required; Oracle Cloud Fusion strongly preferred
