Job Summary
Providing hands-on analytical support and strategic guidance, the full-time Senior Compensation Advisor will serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders, conducting complex compensation analysis and managing market benchmarking activities in a hybrid or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR Business Partners and managers on compensation matters during compensation cycles
- Conduct complex compensation analysis and modeling, including market competitiveness and pay equity assessments
- Manage market benchmarking activities and drive enhancements in HRIS and compensation systems
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in compensation, finance, or a related analytical role
- Proven ability to perform complex compensation analysis and modeling independently
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in handling large datasets and building scalable models
- Strong PowerPoint skills for creating executive-ready materials
- HRIS experience required; Oracle Cloud Fusion strongly preferred
