Job Summary

A healthcare organization is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and administering the compensation program and salary structures
  • Conducting market pricing surveys and analyzing findings for recommendations
  • Collaborating with various departments on compensation matters and maintaining program tools
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Four years' experience in compensation with data reporting and analytics
  • Experience in multi-location healthcare environment preferred
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to compensation programs
