Job Summary

A healthcare organization is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and administering the compensation program and salary structures
Conducting market pricing surveys and analyzing findings for recommendations
Collaborating with various departments on compensation matters and maintaining program tools

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Four years' experience in compensation with data reporting and analytics
Experience in multi-location healthcare environment preferred
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to compensation programs
