Job Summary

Supporting global compensation initiatives, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will manage compensation practices for various countries, conduct job analyses, and lead data-driven compensation modeling, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the Chieti site.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and manage global job architecture, including audits for new hires and role changes
  • Conduct job analyses and benchmark positions against market data to determine competitive compensation ranges
  • Support bonus payout and merit review processes, providing analytics and training for HR business partners
Required qualifications
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience as a Reward/Compensation Analyst
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience in managing large datasets
  • Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas
  • Fluent in English, with French considered advantageous
  • University degree or equivalent education relevant to the role
