Job Summary
Supporting global compensation initiatives, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will manage compensation practices for various countries, conduct job analyses, and lead data-driven compensation modeling, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the Chieti site.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and manage global job architecture, including audits for new hires and role changes
- Conduct job analyses and benchmark positions against market data to determine competitive compensation ranges
- Support bonus payout and merit review processes, providing analytics and training for HR business partners
Required qualifications
- Approximately 5+ years of experience as a Reward/Compensation Analyst
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in managing large datasets
- Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Fluent in English, with French considered advantageous
- University degree or equivalent education relevant to the role
