Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to manage and enhance compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and assist in the design of compensation programs including wage and incentive programs
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking studies and maintain compensation plan documents
  • Provide analytics and ad-hoc reports to ensure compliance with compensation regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering compensation programs for a large organization
  • Familiarity with compensation survey sources/vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • CCP Certification preferred but not required
