Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to manage and enhance compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and assist in the design of compensation programs including wage and incentive programs
- Conduct compensation benchmarking studies and maintain compensation plan documents
- Provide analytics and ad-hoc reports to ensure compliance with compensation regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering compensation programs for a large organization
- Familiarity with compensation survey sources/vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- CCP Certification preferred but not required
