Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design of compensation programs, ensuring alignment with market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking analyses to evaluate and recommend adjustments to the compensation structure
  • Assess and classify jobs, recommending salary ranges for new and existing positions while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, including sales compensation and commission plans
  • Experience with Radford and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles and pay equity regulations
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and deliver insights to stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
