Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design of compensation programs, ensuring alignment with market competitiveness and internal equity
- Conduct market research and benchmarking analyses to evaluate and recommend adjustments to the compensation structure
- Assess and classify jobs, recommending salary ranges for new and existing positions while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, including sales compensation and commission plans
- Experience with Radford and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of compensation principles and pay equity regulations
- Ability to interpret large data sets and deliver insights to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
