Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and improvement of compensation processes, including job evaluation and market pricing
  • Participate in incentive plan design and administration, and integrate newly acquired organizations
  • Provide analytical and reporting support for compensation activities and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of compensation experience
  • Extensive knowledge of human resource laws and financial principles
  • Experience with job evaluation, salary survey practices, and incentive plan design
  • Experience using Workday is a plus
