Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and improvement of compensation processes, including job evaluation and market pricing
- Participate in incentive plan design and administration, and integrate newly acquired organizations
- Provide analytical and reporting support for compensation activities and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- At least 4 years of compensation experience
- Extensive knowledge of human resource laws and financial principles
- Experience with job evaluation, salary survey practices, and incentive plan design
- Experience using Workday is a plus
