Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Compensation Analyst to manage compensation programs and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer base pay and variable pay programs across the US, Canada, and LATAM
  • Evaluate job positions against market data and ensure internal equity
  • Calculate variable compensation payments and manage annual merit/promotion processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation administration and analytics
  • Experience with HRIS systems and compensation tools, preferably Workday
  • Strong knowledge of compensation survey frameworks and job evaluation methods
  • Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field (preferred)
