Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Compensation Analyst to manage compensation programs and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer base pay and variable pay programs across the US, Canada, and LATAM
- Evaluate job positions against market data and ensure internal equity
- Calculate variable compensation payments and manage annual merit/promotion processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in compensation administration and analytics
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation tools, preferably Workday
- Strong knowledge of compensation survey frameworks and job evaluation methods
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field (preferred)
