Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing and implementing compensation structures, including salary bands and incentive plans
  • Participate in compensation surveys to analyze competitive salary information and maintain accurate job descriptions
  • Support the annual focal compensation planning process and ensure compliance with compensation-related laws
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting/finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, salary administration, and job evaluation
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and compensation administration tools
  • Familiarity with compensation frameworks and salary benchmarking tools
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or SHRM-CP/PHR certification is a plus
