Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of global compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, and equity
- Analyze compensation data and benchmarks to inform budgeting and program effectiveness
- Contribute to semi-annual compensation cycles, ensuring fair and competitive outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in compensation administration or consulting
- Strong understanding of compensation principles and experience with global compensation
- Proficiency in GoogleSuite and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Workday and advanced compensation modules
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis or data visualization platforms preferred
