Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and maintain accurate compensation data
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards, preferably in a high-growth environment
  • Sound understanding of compensation principles and compliance, including FLSA and pay equity
  • Proficiency in compensation data tools and surveys
  • Experience with benchmarking compensation practices in Europe and Latin America
  • Ability to build complex models in Google Sheets for compensation management
