Key Responsibilities
  • Develops, implements, and administers job classification and compensation programs
  • Collaborates with HR partners on compensation program design and annual merit compensation planning
  • Monitors compensation trends and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Five+ years of relevant work experience in compensation
  • Five+ years of experience in analyzing and administering compensation programs
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
  • Strong knowledge of wage and hour regulations and compensation practices
