Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Analyst-Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate market data and conduct analyses to assess the competitiveness of compensation programs
- Perform analysis and modeling for bonuses and incentive programs, and assist with policy documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and collaborate with various departments to execute compensation strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in Compensation, with knowledge of job grading and corporate processes
- 3 years of experience in Microsoft Excel, database analytics, and financial analysis
- Experience working in a compensation environment and handling confidential information
- Master's degree or Certified Compensation Professional designation preferred
