Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Analyst-Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate market data and conduct analyses to assess the competitiveness of compensation programs
  • Perform analysis and modeling for bonuses and incentive programs, and assist with policy documentation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and collaborate with various departments to execute compensation strategy


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in Compensation, with knowledge of job grading and corporate processes
  • 3 years of experience in Microsoft Excel, database analytics, and financial analysis
  • Experience working in a compensation environment and handling confidential information
  • Master's degree or Certified Compensation Professional designation preferred
