Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst who will design, analyze, and administer compensation programs to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of competitive compensation structures, including salary ranges and incentive plans
- Conduct market pricing studies and evaluate external competitiveness to inform pay recommendations
- Partner with HR and leaders to review job descriptions and ensure internal equity and accurate job leveling
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of progressive compensation or HR analytics experience required
- Experience with market pricing tools and job evaluation methodologies preferred
- Experience supporting multi-site, complex, or high-growth organizations is highly desirable
