Senior Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst who will design, analyze, and administer compensation programs to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of competitive compensation structures, including salary ranges and incentive plans
• Conduct market pricing studies and evaluate external competitiveness to inform pay recommendations
• Partner with HR and leaders to review job descriptions and ensure internal equity and accurate job leveling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of progressive compensation or HR analytics experience required
• Experience with market pricing tools and job evaluation methodologies preferred
• Experience supporting multi-site, complex, or high-growth organizations is highly desirable
