Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to manage and optimize GTM compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer GTM compensation plans and ensure accurate configuration in CaptivateIQ
- Manage monthly and quarterly payout processes, ensuring timely and precise payouts
- Resolve compensation inquiries and monitor performance against compensation plans
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales/GTM compensation or a similar role
- Experience managing compensation programs for SaaS businesses
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and manage large data sets
- Prior experience with high-volume deal GTM compensation programs
- Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding compensation plans
