Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to manage and optimize GTM compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Administer GTM compensation plans and ensure accurate configuration in CaptivateIQ
Manage monthly and quarterly payout processes, ensuring timely and precise payouts
Resolve compensation inquiries and monitor performance against compensation plans

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales/GTM compensation or a similar role
Experience managing compensation programs for SaaS businesses
Strong analytical skills to interpret and manage large data sets
Prior experience with high-volume deal GTM compensation programs
Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding compensation plans
