Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to manage and optimize GTM compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer GTM compensation plans and ensure accurate configuration in CaptivateIQ
  • Manage monthly and quarterly payout processes, ensuring timely and precise payouts
  • Resolve compensation inquiries and monitor performance against compensation plans
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales/GTM compensation or a similar role
  • Experience managing compensation programs for SaaS businesses
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and manage large data sets
  • Prior experience with high-volume deal GTM compensation programs
  • Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding compensation plans
