Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Analyst-Compensation to assist with compensation program design and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate market data and conduct analyses to assess compensation competitiveness
  • Perform analysis and calculations for bonuses and incentive programs
  • Facilitate compensation events and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in compensation within a retail corporate environment
  • 3 years of experience in Microsoft Excel, database analytics, and financial analysis
  • Certified Compensation Professional designation preferred
  • Experience evaluating job grades and handling confidential information
