Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Analyst-Compensation to assist with compensation program design and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate market data and conduct analyses to assess compensation competitiveness
- Perform analysis and calculations for bonuses and incentive programs
- Facilitate compensation events and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in compensation within a retail corporate environment
- 3 years of experience in Microsoft Excel, database analytics, and financial analysis
- Certified Compensation Professional designation preferred
- Experience evaluating job grades and handling confidential information
