Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Administers compensation programs, including developing salary ranges and conducting competitive analyses
Participates in compensation surveys and ensures compliance with regulations
Conducts job evaluations and manages performance management and compensation planning systems

Required Qualifications

BA/BS in business, HR, or related discipline
5-8+ years of progressive compensation experience, preferably as a Senior Compensation Analyst
Experience with salary surveys and job pricing, preferably using CompTool or similar software
Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies
Preferred experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or ambulatory surgery centers
