Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administers compensation programs, including developing salary ranges and conducting competitive analyses
  • Participates in compensation surveys and ensures compliance with regulations
  • Conducts job evaluations and manages performance management and compensation planning systems
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in business, HR, or related discipline
  • 5-8+ years of progressive compensation experience, preferably as a Senior Compensation Analyst
  • Experience with salary surveys and job pricing, preferably using CompTool or similar software
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies
  • Preferred experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or ambulatory surgery centers
