Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Administers compensation programs, including developing salary ranges and conducting competitive analyses
- Participates in compensation surveys and ensures compliance with regulations
- Conducts job evaluations and manages performance management and compensation planning systems
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in business, HR, or related discipline
- 5-8+ years of progressive compensation experience, preferably as a Senior Compensation Analyst
- Experience with salary surveys and job pricing, preferably using CompTool or similar software
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies
- Preferred experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or ambulatory surgery centers
