Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support compensation initiatives ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and improve compensation effectiveness
  • Conduct market pricing to assess competitiveness and maintain internal equity
  • Assist in the strategy, design, and policy development of compensation and incentive programs
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of compensation or equivalent work experience required
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Strong experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office software
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or CCP certification preferred or in progress
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently
