Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards Center of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support compensation initiatives ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and improve compensation effectiveness
- Conduct market pricing to assess competitiveness and maintain internal equity
- Assist in the strategy, design, and policy development of compensation and incentive programs
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of compensation or equivalent work experience required
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Strong experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office software
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or CCP certification preferred or in progress
- Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently
