Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead compensation initiatives that support scientific innovation and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex compensation analyses and develop salary structures across job families and geographies
  • Own end-to-end management of compensation-related programs and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Maintain compensation policies and prepare executive-level dashboards and reports for senior leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis and program management, with at least 2 years in biotech, pharma, or life sciences
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, especially in Excel, and proficiency with compensation tools
  • Strong knowledge of compensation theory, job evaluation, and market pricing methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams
