Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Global Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and administer compensation programs, including salary surveys and bonus plan administration
  • Develop and implement compensation policies and procedures in alignment with company goals
  • Consult with managers and HR partners on pay decisions and job evaluations
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or accounting
  • At least five years of experience in human resources, compensation, or financial planning
  • Experience in a private equity environment preferred
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification and certified compensation professional credentials preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
