Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst, Temporary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical analysis of compensation data to identify trends and ensure pay equity
  • Assist in managing the annual compensation review process within Workday
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Compensation modules and support compliance audits
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, with 3-5 years focused on Workday management
  • Proficiency in Workday configuration and advanced Excel functions
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles and market benchmarking
  • US Citizenship is required
