Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical analysis of compensation data to identify trends and ensure pay equity
- Assist in managing the annual compensation review process within Workday
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Compensation modules and support compliance audits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, with 3-5 years focused on Workday management
- Proficiency in Workday configuration and advanced Excel functions
- Strong understanding of compensation principles and market benchmarking
- US Citizenship is required
