Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst (Contract).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support annual and mid-year compensation review cycles through market pricing, modeling, and analysis
  • Review and analyze market data to ensure pay range competitiveness and assist with equity administration
  • Maintain and update internal compensation tools and support cyclical compensation processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or a related discipline
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Google Sheets required
  • Experience with Workday strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with compensation surveys and equity administration is a plus
