Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Support annual and mid-year compensation review cycles through market pricing, modeling, and analysis
- Review and analyze market data to ensure pay range competitiveness and assist with equity administration
- Maintain and update internal compensation tools and support cyclical compensation processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or a related discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Google Sheets required
- Experience with Workday strongly preferred
- Familiarity with compensation surveys and equity administration is a plus
