Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst responsible for designing and implementing advanced compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage compensation projects including salary administration and bonus planning
- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing for existing and new jobs
- Maintain and implement compensation programs and ensure compliance with compensation regulations
Required Qualifications
- Four or more years of experience in a finance or compensation-related role
- Experience with long-term incentives (LTI), short-term incentives (STI), and executive compensation
- Strong background in analytics and metrics with deep expertise in Excel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience with compensation software such as Radford and Workday
