Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst responsible for designing and implementing advanced compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage compensation projects including salary administration and bonus planning
  • Conduct job evaluations and market pricing for existing and new jobs
  • Maintain and implement compensation programs and ensure compliance with compensation regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Four or more years of experience in a finance or compensation-related role
  • Experience with long-term incentives (LTI), short-term incentives (STI), and executive compensation
  • Strong background in analytics and metrics with deep expertise in Excel
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Experience with compensation software such as Radford and Workday
