Job Summary

- Manage compensation processes focusing on data integrity and reporting quality
- Conduct compensation analysis and modeling to support pay recommendations and program design
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of compensation experience with strong knowledge of compensation principles
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time
- Experience with global compensation in the technology industry is preferred
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification is a plus
