Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to enhance and manage compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Compensation Manager to improve compensation programs and processes
- Support equity compensation program administration and analysis
- Build and maintain compensation models in Excel for decision-making and analysis
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in compensation or a related quantitative field
- Advanced Excel skills, including scenario modeling and data validation
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience in compensation models
- Knowledge of compensation fundamentals and equity compensation programs
- Experience with Workday HCM for compensation administration is a plus
