Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to enhance and manage compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Compensation Manager to improve compensation programs and processes
  • Support equity compensation program administration and analysis
  • Build and maintain compensation models in Excel for decision-making and analysis
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in compensation or a related quantitative field
  • Advanced Excel skills, including scenario modeling and data validation
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience in compensation models
  • Knowledge of compensation fundamentals and equity compensation programs
  • Experience with Workday HCM for compensation administration is a plus
