Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR and business professionals in the execution and administration of compensation programs
  • Conduct complex analyses of compensation areas and make recommendations for salary structures and pay programs
  • Provide guidance and training on compensation policies to managers, employees, and HR colleagues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in compensation analysis required
  • Knowledge of compensation policies and federal/state wage laws
  • Advanced MS Excel experience (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas)
  • Strong knowledge of competitive market/salary surveys
