Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR and business professionals in the execution and administration of compensation programs
- Conduct complex analyses of compensation areas and make recommendations for salary structures and pay programs
- Provide guidance and training on compensation policies to managers, employees, and HR colleagues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in compensation analysis required
- Knowledge of compensation policies and federal/state wage laws
- Advanced MS Excel experience (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas)
- Strong knowledge of competitive market/salary surveys
