Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, analyze, and administer compensation processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct job evaluations and manage compensation survey data to assess competitiveness
  • Support the development and governance of salary structures and manage the annual Pay Planning cycle
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and provide ongoing compensation analyses to support business strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive compensation experience with knowledge of job evaluation and compensation analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with enterprise compensation systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large data sets
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
