Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate compensation for compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or healthcare administration
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Administration (MHA) preferred
  • 3-7+ years of experience in compensation analysis within a healthcare setting
  • Minimum of 1 year managing physician and APP compensation compliance
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
