Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead market pricing and benchmarking for roles, ensuring competitive pay structures
- Manage the execution and continuous improvement of compensation programs and policies
- Prepare and present compensation reports and insights to leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR analytics function
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools, including complex formulas and data visualization
- Strong experience with compensation survey platforms, particularly Radford
- Experience with HRIS and compensation analytics tools, preferably UKG
- Solid knowledge of core compensation principles and relevant laws and regulations
