A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead market pricing and benchmarking for roles, ensuring competitive pay structures
  • Manage the execution and continuous improvement of compensation programs and policies
  • Prepare and present compensation reports and insights to leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR analytics function
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools, including complex formulas and data visualization
  • Strong experience with compensation survey platforms, particularly Radford
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation analytics tools, preferably UKG
  • Solid knowledge of core compensation principles and relevant laws and regulations
