Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Proven experience in compensation at a mid to senior level
- Strong understanding of market data and compensation analysis
- Experience with job benchmarking and job architecture discussions
- Hands-on experience with Workday is highly preferred
- Experience with incentive programs and bonus administration is a plus
