Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation & Stock Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer compensation structure and job architecture, providing expert guidance and education
- Lead planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle and manage equity grant processes
- Conduct benchmarking and research, and serve as a primary liaison with external providers and internal partners
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant compensation experience, with a preference for equity experience
- Experience with stock administration and HRIS platforms (e.g., E*Trade, ADP Workforce Now)
- Proven experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Strong experience in equity administration and its regulatory compliance requirements
- Advanced level experience in Excel
