Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation & Stock Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer compensation structure and job architecture, providing expert guidance and education
  • Lead planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle and manage equity grant processes
  • Conduct benchmarking and research, and serve as a primary liaison with external providers and internal partners
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant compensation experience, with a preference for equity experience
  • Experience with stock administration and HRIS platforms (e.g., E*Trade, ADP Workforce Now)
  • Proven experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Strong experience in equity administration and its regulatory compliance requirements
  • Advanced level experience in Excel
