Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst who will serve as a subject-matter expert on compensation-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end compensation projects and manage the annual compensation planning process
  • Implement and administer compensation programs while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
  • Conduct market analyses and job evaluations to maintain competitive compensation practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in human resources and compensation, including labor market analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills are required
  • Experience with compensation applications such as Workday, HRSoft, and Marketpay/Payscale is preferred
  • CCP Certification from World at Work is preferred
