Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part Time Senior Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultative expertise and analytical support for compensation strategy and programs
- Design, evaluate, and implement compensation programs, reward strategies, and competitive market analyses
- Contribute to continuous improvement of compensation tools and processes, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of experience in compensation activities or 2+ years in compensation and 2+ years in HR, Finance, or data analytics
- Experience in modeling compensation programs and supporting audits and surveys
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Microsoft Access preferred
- Proven performance in previous roles
