Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Senior Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultative expertise and analytical support for compensation strategy and programs
  • Design, evaluate, and implement compensation programs, reward strategies, and competitive market analyses
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of compensation tools and processes, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation activities or 2+ years in compensation and 2+ years in HR, Finance, or data analytics
  • Experience in modeling compensation programs and supporting audits and surveys
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Microsoft Access preferred
  • Proven performance in previous roles
