Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their Total Rewards team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle, including bonus payouts and market benchmarking
  • Manage compensation processes focusing on data integrity, accuracy, and reporting quality
  • Conduct in-depth compensation analysis and modeling to support program design and pay recommendations


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of compensation experience with strong knowledge of compensation principles and compliance requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time
  • Experience with global compensation in the technology industry is preferred
  • Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) is a plus
