Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their Total Rewards team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle, including bonus payouts and market benchmarking
- Manage compensation processes focusing on data integrity, accuracy, and reporting quality
- Conduct in-depth compensation analysis and modeling to support program design and pay recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of compensation experience with strong knowledge of compensation principles and compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time
- Experience with global compensation in the technology industry is preferred
- Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) is a plus
