Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst who will design, implement, and maintain compensation programs aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer stock plans, including equity award processing and compliance with regulations
- Analyze compensation data to assess competitiveness and develop salary structures
- Support compensation planning processes and produce analyses and reports for leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation/Total Rewards and equity administration
- Bachelor's degree in a Business or Human Resources related field
- Knowledge of incentive plan design and administration
- High-level proficiency in Excel and experience with HR technology systems
- Progress towards a CCP designation or other HR-related certification is preferred
