Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst who will design, implement, and maintain compensation programs aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer stock plans, including equity award processing and compliance with regulations
  • Analyze compensation data to assess competitiveness and develop salary structures
  • Support compensation planning processes and produce analyses and reports for leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation/Total Rewards and equity administration
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business or Human Resources related field
  • Knowledge of incentive plan design and administration
  • High-level proficiency in Excel and experience with HR technology systems
  • Progress towards a CCP designation or other HR-related certification is preferred
