Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance of compensation programs with legal requirements and support pay equity reporting
  • Lead the annual merit cycle including market research, data audits, and training for HR and managers
  • Develop and enhance compensation models and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and inconsistencies
Required Qualifications
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on compensation experience in a large corporate environment
  • Expert level proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data modeling
  • Professional compensation certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of compensation legislation in Canada and the US
