Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of compensation programs with legal requirements and support pay equity reporting
- Lead the annual merit cycle including market research, data audits, and training for HR and managers
- Develop and enhance compensation models and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and inconsistencies
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on compensation experience in a large corporate environment
- Expert level proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data modeling
- Professional compensation certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred)
- Strong knowledge of compensation legislation in Canada and the US
