Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst to shape compensation strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consults with HR partners and leaders on compensation policies, market analysis, and job evaluations
  • Manages job analysis processes and maintains job description documentation across all functions
  • Conducts compensation market analysis and provides insights on competitive hiring rates and pay equity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience in compensation and/or benefits
  • Five years of compensation management experience, with three years ideally in a healthcare organization
  • Familiarity with state and federal wage regulations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • PHR, CCP, or equivalent certification preferred
