Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance and alignment of compensation programs with legal requirements and internal equity
- Lead annual merit cycle, conduct market research, and develop training materials for HR and managers
- Manage variable compensation programs, including calculations, data audits, and coordination with payroll
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on compensation experience in large corporate environments in Canada and the US
- Expert level proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data modeling
- Professional compensation certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred)
- Strong knowledge of compensation legislation in Canada and the US
