Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance and alignment of compensation programs with legal requirements and internal equity
  • Lead annual merit cycle, conduct market research, and develop training materials for HR and managers
  • Manage variable compensation programs, including calculations, data audits, and coordination with payroll
Required Qualifications
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on compensation experience in large corporate environments in Canada and the US
  • Expert level proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data modeling
  • Professional compensation certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of compensation legislation in Canada and the US
