Job Summary

As an internal subject-matter expert, the full-time remote Senior Compensation Analyst will review SEC filings, assess client voting policies, and provide insights on executive compensation practices while collaborating with internal teams and communicating with clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Review SEC filings and proxy statements to ensure data integrity in executive compensation programs
  • Analyze client voting policies and prepare summaries explaining their impacts on specific proposals
  • Develop and refine clients' compensation policies through data-driven analysis and anecdotal insights
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in executive compensation or corporate governance
  • Familiarity with North American executive compensation issues and governance norms
  • Strong knowledge of executive compensation practices and related corporate disclosures
  • Experience with analytical tools and compensation-related data models
