Job Summary

Designing and maintaining global compensation frameworks, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will analyze market data, ensure compliance with international labor laws, and engage with stakeholders to provide strategic compensation guidance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and refine global salary structures and compensation guidelines to ensure competitiveness and equity
  • Maintain knowledge of international labor laws and market trends to ensure compliance and inform compensation strategies
  • Perform complex compensation analytics and reporting to support annual compensation cycles and drive data-informed recommendations
Required qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and VBA/macros
  • Experience in designing and implementing compensation frameworks on a global scale
  • Strong understanding of international labor laws and regulatory compliance related to compensation
  • Proven ability to engage and advise stakeholders on compensation matters
  • Experience with compensation analytics and reporting tools
