Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the contract Senior Compensation Analyst will provide operational support for compensation and equity programs, assist with technology adoption, and manage incentive programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs, ensuring alignment with internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Utilize compensation technology platforms and AI tools for job matching, data analysis, and market pricing activities
  • Administer quarterly incentive programs, including data collection, validation, and payout processing, while maintaining accurate records for equity compensation programs
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related analytical HR function preferred; 3+ years required
  • Experience with compensation programs, job architecture, and equity administration, including RSUs and ESPP
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll systems
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to interpret large datasets
  • Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides
