Job Summary
Collaborating with Central Time teams, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will lead annual compensation processes, support incentive programs, and provide consulting for assigned departments while working remotely within the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Leads annual merit and off-cycle compensation processes, including data validation and reporting
- Conducts market pricing analysis and maintains salary structures and geographic pay zones
- Designs and delivers compensation education for HRBPs and people leaders on compensation principles and market trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- Five years of experience in compensation or related fields
- Experience in the insurance industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of compensation management in HRIS, preferably Workday
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with MarketPay and Workday a plus
