Job Summary

Collaborating with Central Time teams, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will lead annual compensation processes, support incentive programs, and provide consulting for assigned departments while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Leads annual merit and off-cycle compensation processes, including data validation and reporting
  • Conducts market pricing analysis and maintains salary structures and geographic pay zones
  • Designs and delivers compensation education for HRBPs and people leaders on compensation principles and market trends
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Five years of experience in compensation or related fields
  • Experience in the insurance industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of compensation management in HRIS, preferably Workday
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with MarketPay and Workday a plus
