Job Summary
Supporting the Total Rewards team, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will manage the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with organizational strategy while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, evaluation, and administration of base pay, variable pay, and incentive programs globally
- Conduct compensation analyses and audits to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness, leading annual compensation cycles within Workday
- Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance on new hire offers and promotions while analyzing compensation trends to support strategic workforce planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of compensation experience with increasing responsibility
- Hands-on Workday experience, including compensation configuration and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Understanding of compensation principles, market pricing methodologies, and regulatory requirements
