Job Summary

To modernize compensation processes through strategic AI application, the remote Senior Compensation Analyst will enhance compensation strategy and administration, serving as a subject matter expert on equity compensation programs while collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Advance compensation transparency and enhance decision-making through AI applications
  • Leverage AI tools to automate compensation workflows and improve reporting
  • Administer equity compensation programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant compensation experience, particularly in stock administration within a public company
  • Advanced proficiency with AI tools and experience in automation and process optimization
  • Experience collaborating with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and HRIS on equity administration
  • Hands-on experience with compensation and HRIS systems such as Excel and Workday
  • Strong analytical skills and proven experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
