Senior Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

To support a high-volume market pricing initiative across LATAM, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will conduct market benchmarking, validate pay structures, and maintain the market pricing system while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing and job evaluations using external market data and internal frameworks
• Analyze the effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation programs; model impacts of alternatives
• Partner with Americas compensation teams on market pricing and special projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of compensation experience (in-house or consulting)
• Global/multinational compensation experience
• Strong market pricing experience
• Experience with MarketPay (PayScale)
• Advanced Excel/data analysis skills
